Healthyroads is a proprietary, exclusive marketing communications and program management service provided by Healthyroads Incorporated, a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated (“ASH”). Engage! Healthyroads provides marketing activities, creative services, and support to ASH’s and its subsidiaries’ corporate clients (collectively “Clients” and individually, a “Client”). This Website is designed for use by Clients and Clients’ authorized representatives, such as their benefits administrators and wellness champions (each, a “User” or “you”). This Website is owned and operated by ASH on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to collectively as “ASH” or “we”).

We value our Users and respect their privacy. We collect personal information in an effort to improve the user experience and to communicate information about our products and services. We are committed to using personal information responsibly.

We do not knowingly share your personal information with any third party for such third party’s direct marketing use.

You may change, update or correct your personal information at any time by logging into your account on this Website and going to the “My Account” page. However, you may not delete any of your personal information without terminating your user account. Please note that your first name, last name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zip, and phone number are all required information necessary for the maintenance and administration of your user account on the Website.

Personal information will be retained by us for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with our record retention policy, unless we are prohibited from doing so by applicable law. User accounts, however, may be terminated or disabled upon written request using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Statement.
